Mental Fitness

Peak State is a social enterprise that believes the resources to reach mental fitness should be available to everyone, not just those who can afford it. 

Peak State’s goal, supported by Prince Harry and Princess Tatiana of Greece and Denmark, is to encourage a proactive to the good management of good mental health.

Using their joint experiences of adversity and subsequent post-traumatic growth whilst combining their sporting backgrounds, military ethos and passion for driving systemic change to help others, Nathan Jones and David Wiseman have developed Peak State to share what they have learned in the building and maintaining of mental fitness.

Thread has been working with Peak State for five years on a wide variety of projects to create short documentaries, podcasts and educational videos, in several languages and across numerous platforms. Our work together won a Social Impact Award at the Monaco Streaming Film Festival in 2021.
